How we price a job
Two ways to settle up: on the clock at $169 for two movers or $239 once a third joins, always with a one-hour floor — or a flat rate agreed before your date.
Either quote assumes the details you gave hold true, so the final tally follows the true contents, the tougher access at each door, and the actual time on the job.
Booking and rescheduling
- A date isn’t yours until the written confirmation reaches your inbox
- Need to move it? The earlier you tell us, the quicker we can offer that slot to another household
- Barring a written arrangement otherwise, payment is due as the job finishes
Protection and claims
Every shipment includes released-value protection of 60 cents for each pound at no charge; ask, and we add a full-value plan covering cargo to $1,000,000 per shipment. For anything leaving the state, federal law lets you file a claim any time within nine months of delivery.
Because Alaska licenses no household movers, our operating authority is the federal US DOT and MC registration, carried with a current bond and full insurance.
Your part
Please have boxes packed and staged as we discussed, point out the fragile and oversized items before we begin, and carry cash, jewelry and important papers yourself instead of loading them. Anything unclear? A call to the office sorts it.
